Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital products and downloadable files
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
